We are currently working with a number of established and growing contractors who are actively seeking Quantity Surveyors to join their teams across a range of exciting projects in and around Cardiff.

Our clients are delivering projects across sectors including:

• Large-scale commercial fit out
• Education (schools, colleges, universities)
• Groundworks & civil engineering

Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors at all levels - from Assistant to Senior - who are looking for their next opportunity.

• Cost planning and budget management
• Preparing and managing valuations and variations
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Final accounts and commercial reporting
• Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor (or Assistant QS)
• Background in construction, ideally within one of the sectors above
• Strong commercial and communication skills
• Based in, or willing to commute to, the Cardiff area
