Senior Quantity Surveyor — Cardiff & South Wales Region | National House builder | £50,000+ per annum + Company Car

We are working on behalf of a leading national house builder who is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, covering housing developments across Cardiff and the wider South Wales region. This is a key role within the business, offering autonomy, long-term security, and the opportunity to work on high-quality residential schemes.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for multiple housing developments, ensuring cost control and value maximisation from pre-construction through to final account.

• Full commercial management of residential housing developments
• Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
• Procurement and management of subcontractors
• Valuation of works, variations, and final accounts
• Working closely with site teams and senior management
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within residential housing development
• House builder experience is essential
• Strong understanding of subcontract procurement and cost control
• Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary £50,000+ (dependent on experience)
