Sphere Solutions are working with a leading main contractor to recruit an experienced Site or Senior Site Manager for a flagship £300 million construction scheme in Cardiff — one of the most high-profile developments in the region.
This is a long-term opportunity to work with an award-winning Tier 1 contractor, delivering a complex, large-scale project that will define the Cardiff skyline.

The Role:

As Site / Senior Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of a major façade package, working closely with the Lead Project Manager and wider delivery team. You’ll be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring health & safety standards, quality, and programme targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site management and subcontractor coordination.

* Manage the delivery of the façade package and associated works.

* Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

* Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and design teams.

* Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and H&S documentation.
Experience

Required:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor.

* Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects.

* Façade or envelope experience would be advantageous.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
