Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior role with an ambitious and well-established residential developer? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a company that continues to go from strength to strength, delivering high-quality homes and community-focused developments across South Wales.

You’ll be working across a portfolio of social housing schemes, taking full commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account. This developer has a strong pipeline, long-term partnerships, and exciting growth plans that offer genuine progression for the right person.

• Overseeing all commercial and cost-management aspects of multiple residential schemes
• Managing procurement, subcontractor packages and tender processes
• Providing accurate forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting
• Building strong working relationships with internal teams, clients and supply chain partners
• Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest quality standards

• Strong residential or social housing QS background
• Proven experience in a senior or project-running role
• Excellent negotiation, commercial awareness and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Salary up to £65,000
