Salary £27,540 - £35,194 (21 hours per week)
(FTE salary is £45,900 - £58,658)
This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. It is part time of 21 hours over Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or happy to consider shorter hours over 4 days.

The Role
To develop and manage the effectiveness and efficiency of operations across the B2B and B2B2C commercial propositions and ensure that all products and services are sold in a way that protects the unique selling point of Which? as an organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include- management of commercial relationships that operate centrally across the B2B business, including affiliates, endorsements & brand protection, and oversight of the Which? contract templates and compliance with the proposition processes and procedures
- management of the price book and discount strategies across the B2B Commercial area ensuring consistency across sales and business verticals and working with teams to build compelling pricing models that support profit margins and sales growth
- monitor and support day to day operations of the Business to Business Commercial area including line management of two B2B operations co-ordinators
- Develop and support BAU promotion of B2B propositions with the wider business, particularly through content and research
You should have experience working in a successful operations environment with experience of implementing process improvements and standard operating procedures. You should have the ability to spot opportunities for improvement and have the mindset to get these implemented across the organisation. Experience in B2B marketing or business development would be beneficial but not essential. As a minimal you should have demonstrable skills and knowledge in:
- B2B and B2B2C business models
- Awareness of profit margins, sales growth strategies, and market positioning
- Understanding of contractual terms, template management and legal compliance
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills

- Interview will be 1.5 hours with 45 minute interview and 15 mins task with 30 mins preparation time
- Flexible working hours available - current role is 21 hours per week but we are open to conversations on additional hours as part of the interview process
