Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Director of Leasing and Trading in the acquisition, sale, and lease deployment of commercial aircraft and engines, with a primary geographic focus on EMEA.
- Identify aircraft and engine leasing and trading opportunities and prepare market reports.
- Contribute to deal analysis, internal reporting, and transaction documentation as required.
- Support all commercial, analytical, and transactional activities related to leasing and trading transactions.
- Support marketing efforts (sales, leases) for portfolio of aircraft and engines.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s broader capabilities and services to enhance business development opportunities.
- Maintain contact profiles and customer requirements.
- Promote cross‑selling initiatives to strengthen and expand customer relationships.
- Self‑starter with a strong desire to succeed through teamwork and support of group objectives.
- High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar aviation leasing or trading, fleet management or pricing/analyst role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- Demonstrates strong potential to achieve results with increasing levels of autonomy and decision‑making responsibility.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and reporting skills.
