- Develops, communicates and delivers a roadmap for a set of product features within their domain.
- Delivers smaller scale product changes that drive positive audience experiences and help move our growth targets.
- Contributes to user research briefs, using the results to identify audience needs which feed into new product opportunities.
- Defines success metrics, KPIs and monitors ongoing product performance for product features & experiments, taking action where necessary to improve performance.
- Influences and builds trust with stakeholders and their team, gaining buy-in for product decisions.
- Analyses new product features opportunities, and presents back recommendations to their team.
- Contributes to the go-to-market plan for new feature releases in their domain, ensuring that performance is measured and feedback from real world users is fed back into the development cycle.
- Contributes to the designs and launch of experiments which prove or disprove hypotheses that aim to solve core customer needs.
- Contributes to clear and articulate documentation - including the product narrative - in order to gain broad understanding and interest from stakeholders of all levels.
- Champions their product area at internal team meetings, product direction groups & with stakeholders.
