Position: National Sales Lead (Home Improvements)

We're looking for a National Sales Lead to drive growth in the Home Improvement and Renewables sector. This is a pivotal role where you'll:

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy for identifying and onboarding new partners—both direct citoyens and broker‑led.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and brokers to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to shape propositions, influence decisions, and ensure compliance.
  • Be the face of V12 in a dynamic, regulated market—bringing insight, energy, and commercial acumen.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail finance산 new business acquisition and account management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Home Improvement and Renewables sector.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, from internal stakeholders to board‑level partners.
  • A track record of hitting targets in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
  • Resilience, ambition, and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
