You will own exports end‑to‑end — from market development and distributor management through to export documentation, logistics coordination, and country‑specific compliance. This is a hands‑on, commercially driven role in a growing manufacturing business.

• Develop and grow international export markets and distributors
• Manage export customers, pricing, forecasts, and commercial terms
• Ensure correct use of INCOTERMS and compliance with destination‑country requirements
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Work closely with Technical and Operations teams to ensure compliant, on‑time deliveries

• Proven experience in export sales or export management (food/FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade processes
• Commercially minded, detail‑oriented, and highly organised
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on scale‑up environment
• Confident managing distributors and international customers
