Job DescriptionA highly impressive global executive search and advisory firm is seeking a polished, dynamic, and well-versed Search EA to come and support one of their highly impressive Partners. Working in the global industry team, you will be supporting one of the top fee earners and working in a team that's hugely successful, fast-paced, and has exciting growth plans in the next year.
Working in a friendly team of EAs, you will ensure the smooth running of their everyday work and ideally have had exposure to project work.
A young company with mostly young families, a great work-life balance, and 3 days in the office. Having recently moved offices to St James, you will sit in their modern open-plan office and get free breakfast and have lunch together. Summer team is building with partners, so everyone gets to know each other on a personal level, and a Christmas Party.
Great team, all muck in, no hierarchy, all very passionate and driven.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Principle’s diaries and schedules.
- Book travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange Christmas and summer parties and company events
- Help and cover and work well with the EAs.
The person:
- Ideally, a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications are required
- Ideally, 3 + years of executive search experience and/or project coordination experience, on top of ideally 5 + years of PA/EA experience, ideally in financial services and/or professional services.
- Exceptional multi-tasker able to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
- Outstanding organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining composure
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build relationships across levels/functions and communicate effectively
- Collaborative team player able to maximize team performance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to learn databases, systems, and software quickly
- Demonstrated ethics, integrity, confidentiality and discretion in the workplace
