Clinic Coordinator (Part-Time)

Pontcanna, Cardiff

£12.71–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

2–3 days per week | 8-hour days (approx. 9am–5pm) | Potential to grow

We are a doctor-led health optimisation clinic based in Pontcanna and we’re expanding. We’re looking for someone organised, commercially aware, and genuinely good with people to support our small, high-performing team.

This is not just a reception role. It’s coordination, systems, light finance, and supporting growth.

• Have strong people skills and professional communication
• Have sales experience and feel confident discussing services
• Are confident with IT systems (booking systems, CRM, admin platforms)
• Have experience using Canva (not essential but useful)
• Can multitask calmly and efficiently
• Understand basic bookkeeping (payments, reconciliation, simple reporting)
• Are discreet, organised and solutions-focused
• Work well independently in a small team environment
• Have an interest in wellness and current treatment trends

Experience in a medical or wellness setting is helpful but not essential.

• Managing and optimising the Phorest system
• Supporting clinic flow and treatment coordination
• Financial administration and booking management
• Using the CRM to generate basic data and management reports
• Assisting with marketing and social media content
• Maintaining a warm, professional clinic environment
• Following safeguarding and confidentiality policies

This role starts part-time, with scope to expand as the clinic grows. We’re looking for someone reliable, commercially switched on, and happy to roll their sleeves up when needed.
