BackgroundWe have a new and exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the firms Claimant Records team.
The role will be a Fixed Term Contract of 3 months.
Our claimant records team will handle all records requests for our Individual Services Division as a central administration function.
Reporting into the Records Administration Team Leader your duties will include:
- Contact external sources regarding records requests.
- Chasing record requests where necessary.
- Monitoring the progress of all records requests.
- Update client files and relevant database accordingly.
- General administration.
- Assist other departments in line with business needs when required.
- Previous experience in a client/customer service.
- Competent user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience and knowledge of medical records is desirable but not essential.
