We are seeking a full time experienced staff member who is reliable & passionate about working in general practice as a head receptionist, to join our team. No weekend work. Should be available to work across the following days;
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - 8am till 6pm. Above award wage. We are a small private owned practice.
Applicants must be reliable have excellent computer, multitasking/organisational skills and a calm and friendly manner. Our practice is a busy, computerised , two doctor practice with nurse support and happy friendly staff. Previous experience of working in a medical centre is required. You will be responsible for checking the billings, help the reception staff with day to day running of practice.
Past experience in the medical practice and comfortable with General Practice software like Best Practice is required. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner. Ability to multi-task and prioritise. Ability to work as part of a multi-faceted team and independently. Must be familiar with WIP, PIP ect and all government sights.
