• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters

• 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
