• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example for all crew members and adhere to all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, image and standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area. Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.

• Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".

Walking and Delivery:
For short distances and short durations. Must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the vehicle to customers.

Carrying:
Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) from workstation to storage shelves; pizza sauce (30 lb); trays of dough (approx. 12 lb each).

Pushing:
Move trays on dollies; approximate force of up to 7.5 lb required.

Climbing:
Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; several flights of stairs may be required during delivery.

Crouching, Squatting, and Reaching:
Performed occasionally to stock shelves, clean low areas, reach above 72".

Driving:
Deliver pizzas within a designated area in a company‑owned vehicle with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Machines, Tools, and Equipment:
Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and peel.
