Position Overview:

SIH is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our established practice at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. This position is hospital employed and places emphasis on thoracic procedures.

Qualifications:

Education/Training
:

• Completion of ACGME accredited residency in Surgery-General and ACGME accredited fellowship in Thoracic Surgery

OR

• Completion of ACGME accredited residency in Integrated Thoracic Surgery

Certification
:

• Current certification in Thoracic Surgery by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery or in Thoracic
  Cardiovascular Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery or its equivalent
