We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing environment for a 13-week contract assignment
. This role offers guaranteed weekly hours and the opportunity to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in a supportive interdisciplinary setting.

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Develop individualized care plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and facility standards.

• Active California Physical Therapy License (required).
• Minimum less than 1 year of relevant experience accepted.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work variable shifts.
