We are looking for a professional, experienced Physical Therapist in Sacramento, CA that is able to work quickly and efficiently while providing excellent patient care. Provider will also maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

• Provide professional physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning and implementation to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current and valid credentials.
• Professional, experienced practitioner able to work quickly and efficiently while delivering high-quality patient care.
