As the Senior Front End Developer and Team Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our Front End development efforts. This is not just another development role; we're seeking someone with the acumen to build frameworks and systems from scratch, championing React development. Your technical expertise will be pivotal in steering our front end development, providing guidance, and ensuring the highest standards of development practice.

• Ensure technical standards and champion best practices within your team.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads, Tech Leads, Dev Ops, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to align the technical roadmap with business objectives and product strategy.
• Engage in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives, leading them where appropriate.
• Conduct regular 1‑1s, provide constructive feedback, and support career progression goals.

• Hands on experience of React using Next.
  
  JS Framework
• Experience of working with backend developers to help build a complete application.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts and guiding the team.
• Strong leadership qualities, emphasizing technical mentorship and technical standards.
• Familiarity with contemporary build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud hosting (using Azure Dev Ops/Vercel/AWS).
• Familiarity with at least one testing framework (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as stand‑ups, planning and retros.
• Understanding of security best practices (OWASP, authentication/authorization)
