• Analyse requirements and design robust, scalable solutions aligned to architectural standards.
• Produce clear technical designs and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve product health.

• Write testable, performant code across integrated systems.
• Conduct and contribute to code reviews, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Support teammates through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and pair programming.
• Lead improvements in testing practices, automation, and documentation.

• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines across multiple products.
• Debug complex build and deployment issues.
• Ensure safe and compliant deployments with strong monitoring and alerting practices.
• Apply IaC principles where applicable.

• Plan and deliver technical work aligned to product roadmaps.
• Lead delivery for small to medium initiatives.
• Provide accurate estimations and guide more junior developers in their planning.
• Drive sustainable solutions to recurring technical and operational issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 4–6 years’ experience in software development
• Strong technical understanding of your product and its dependencies
• Experience working across multiple integrated systems
• Proficiency with build, deployment, CI/CD, and testing practices
• A passion for continuous improvement and engineering excellence
