Mid Full Stack Developer (Cape Town)

At Vestra One, we work with established corporates and founder-led teams to build complex, production-ready technology that needs to scale properly from day one. Our projects range from internal enterprise platforms to new digital products, built by small teams of experienced developers and UX specialists.

We’re looking for a skilled Mid Full Stack Developer to join our team and work under the guidance of our lead developer, contributing across the stack on real, high-impact projects.

Location: Cape Town only

Working style: Fully remote (May require in-person meetings)

Requirements: Own device and reliable internet connection

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and Node.js
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product stakeholders to build new features
• Integrate and manage databases using Supabase
  , PHP
  , and Node.js
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS
  , Microsoft Azure
  , Vercel
  , and Railway
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness across applications
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Strong proficiency in React and Node.js
• Solid backend development experience with PHP and Node.js
• Experience working with Supabase for database management
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
  , Microsoft Azure
  , Vercel
  , and Railway
• Good understanding of full-stack development principles and best practices
• Proficient with version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience with additional frameworks or libraries
• Familiarity with other databases or cloud services
