What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support end users with the Dynamics Business Central system across all subsidiaries.
  • Ensure that the needs of users are met in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet business needs.
  • Design and implement integrations between Business Central and other internal or third‑party systems using APIs and related technologies.
  • Assist in managing global ERP environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Participate in software upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionality.
  • Provide technical support to end users across multiple subsidiaries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Contribute to documentation, including technical guides and integration processes.
  • Stay updated on new features and best practices for Business Central and related technologies.
  • Take responsibility for highlighting areas of inadequacy and proposing steps for improvement.
  • Carry out, from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities. For example: data extracts.

Essential Skills You’ll Bring To The Table
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross‑functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Dynamics Business Central.
  • Solid understanding of development methodologies and coding patterns.
  • Proficiency in SQL and basic database management (minimum 3 years).
  • Good understanding of API integrations and web services.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently on technical tasks.
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Desirable Skills You’ve Got Up Your Sleeve
  • In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
