Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Worker to join our team in Cape Town. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction projects, including but not limited to building, renovation, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the construction of buildings, roads, bridges, and other structures as directed by the project manager.

- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and hammers.

- Measure and mark building materials for cutting and installation.

- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and other vehicles.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.

- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure work is completed accurately.

- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools. Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience working in the construction industry.

- Proficient in using hand and power tools.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
