Technician​/Locksmith

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform site installations, repairs, and servicing of locks and related equipment
• Conduct site measurements, surveys, and inspections
• Maintain good relationships with clients and provide professional customer service
• Complete paperwork, including job cards, delivery notes, and service reports
• Receive stock and assist with stock control
• Assist with loading and offloading of products
• Ensure all equipment and tools are kept clean and in good working condition
• Report defects, accidents, or safety violations promptly
• Operate tools and equipment as required for the job
• Maintain the workshop in a clean, safe, and orderly manner

Requirements

• Experience as a locksmith and/or technician (preferred)
• Good technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual work
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Valid driver’s license
• National senior certificate
