Salary
: R23 500 - R26 000 per month 3 - 5 years experience

Incentive: R 6000 - R 12 000

Standby: R 120 per day + vehicle + R100 per break down, + pay per hour work

Job Summary
:

Our client is seeking a newcomer to experienced Diesel Mechanics to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for servicing and maintaining the fleet of trucks and commercial vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and other commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Conduct quality checks on repaired vehicles to ensure standards are maintained.
• Adhere to legal and company Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

• Matric
• Must have 3
  -5 years experience
• Valid South African Code 10 (EC) drivers license, or willingness to acquire one
• Good verbal and written communication skills in more than one language
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must have sober habits and be reliable
• Contactable references are required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
