Sales Assistant - Outbound Calls; Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and confident Outbound Caller Sales Assistant to support our real estate sales team by generating and qualifying new leads. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and driving overall sales growth.

The ideal candidate is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, resilient when handling objections, and motivated by achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners and prospects
• Identify interest levels and qualify potential sellers/buyers
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up promptly with online inquiries and warm leads
• Source property owner contact information online using research tools
• Utilize the identified scraping system to gather prospect data
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Keller Williams Command CRM
• Confirm appointments and ensure proper follow-through
• Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship-building
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Resilient and confident in handling objections
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Experience in sourcing contact information online
• Organized, persistent, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Keller Williams Command is a plus)
• Ability to meet and exceed performance targets
