Sales Development Representative - Spanish Speaking

Location: Century City, Cape Town
Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 basic per month
Hybrid or In-office: In-office
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday(rotational Friday/Saturday)
Shifts: 12:00 – 20:00 or 16:00 – 00:00

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing organisation operating within the BPO and solution-sales space. They work with international clients and are known for their high-performance sales culture and exceptional commission structures.

This is a genuine Sales Development Representative role focused on solution-based selling — not insurance telesales. The commission is uncapped and highly lucrative, with average performers earning between R25,000 and R35,000 per month, while top performers earn in excess of R100,000 per month.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building a strong sales pipeline and closing deals for the US market. This role is suited to driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced call-centre environment and are motivated by commission, performance and career growth.

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 1 to years’ solid call centre sales experience
• Previous exposure to the US market
• Strong ability to build pipeline, qualify leads and close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Matric (essential)
• Immediate availability
• Based in Cape Town and able to work in Century City
