B2C Sales Consultant

Location: Cape Town

Industry: Luxury Safari Travel

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a B2C Sales Consultant on behalf of a luxury safari travel company based in Cape Town. This role is suited to a technology-driven sales professional with experience selling luxury safari experiences across Southern and East Africa. The position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell luxury safari experiences directly to clients across Southern and East Africa

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation

  • Utilise CRM and other sales tools to maintain accurate client records and track leads

  • Provide expert advice to clients on destinations, itineraries, and tailor-made safari experiences

  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business

  • Work closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bookings

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and additional revenue generation

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the luxury travel or safari sector

  • Strong understanding of Southern and East African travel products

  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, booking platforms, and digital communication tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client enquiries simultaneously

  • Commercially minded and target-driven

  • Professional, personable, and client-focused approach
