Our client is expanding their footprint in Cape Town and looking for a high‑energy, confident Outbound Sales Agent in the Oxygen equipment/Medical sector, Cape Town
Location: Cape Town (Field-based)
Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily outbound field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, retirement homes, EMS providers, and more
- Build relationships with decision‑makers and create referral pipelines
- Promote medical oxygen products (oxygen concentrators, cylinders, CPAP, consumables)
- Meet weekly/monthly targets, follow up on quotes, and close deals
- Maintain accurate client notes and provide regular reporting
- Valid driver’s license (non‑negotiable)
- Strong field‑sales or B2B outbound experience
- Excellent communication + relationship‑building skills
- Self‑managed, motivated, resilient, and target‑driven
- English required (Afrikaans/Xhosa a bonus)
- Experience in medical/oxygen devices sales
- Existing relationships in Cape Town’s healthcare ecosystem
(Top performers earn well above base.)
Success in 60–90 Days Means
- Daily active visits
- Strong lead/referral pipeline
- Growing presence in Cape Town healthcare circles
- Consistent quoting + closing
