We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Key Account Manager in the Freight Services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts within the freight services sector.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their freight services requirements. Your expertise and industry knowledge will enable you to effectively analyze market trends and provide insights to clients on the latest developments in the freight services industry.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop key client accounts within the freight services industryBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and onsite visitsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networkingUnderstand clients’ freight services needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirementsConduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the freight services industryCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clientsPrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to potential clientsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related fieldProven experience in key account management, preferably within the freight services industryStrong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsIn-depth knowledge of the freight services industry and understanding of its trends, challenges, and opportunitiesAbility to analyze market data, identify potential opportunities, and develop strategic plansStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyProficient in MS Office suite and CRM softwareBenefits:
