Sales Coordinator

Behind every successful sales team is a strong Sales Coordinator!
We are seeking a proactive, deadline-driven Sales Coordinator to support Business Development initiatives within a fast-moving Clearing & Forwarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Support and attend weekly district sales meetings
• Manage and distribute incoming sales leads
• Coordinate and organise sales training sessions
• Manage company visitors and arrange sales meeting schedules

Marketing

• Coordinate and deliver customer-facing sales events
• Analyse and compile customer survey feedback
• Support local marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with branding guidelines
• Assist with targeted marketing campaigns and regional newsletters

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar and detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• High sense of urgency with strong deadline and priority management
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
