The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for growing Syntech’s commercial relationships with leading eCommerce retailers, driving sales and strategic growth across the portfolio. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, demanding adaptability, strong analytical capability, and a deep understanding of South Africa’s Retail and eComm landscape.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate commercial acumen, sound judgment, and market awareness, with the ability to negotiate and execute complex strategies that deliver sustained (and improved) market growth, margins, and strengthened retailer partnerships.
