Hire Resolve client is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our recruitment services to clients in various industries.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with tailored recruitment solutions. You will prospect for new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to contribute to the success of a leading recruitment agency.
Responsibilities:
Prospect for new clients and identify business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsUnderstand clients’ hiring needs and provide them with recruitment solutionsPresent and promote our services to clientsNegotiate and close sales dealsAchieve sales targets and objectivesStay up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsRequirements
+- 3 years’ experience in the professional beauty industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsSelf-motivated and target-drivenValid driver’s licenseBenefits
