Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
To ensure profitable market share and net sales growth within the Sports and DPC pillar while respecting the image of the adidas Group brandsTo passionately assist the Wholesale organisation in identifying, developing and implementing strategies for the profitable growth of the adidas Group brandsKey Responsibilities
Support and drive the Market Excellence strategy across your specified accounts within the Sport and DPC pillar.Key focus on DPC partner AMAZONEnsure the best possible Net Sales result; constant tracking of results; analysis of risks & new business opportunitiesExecute the overall strategy for customers in specific markets and channels based on Global and Market strategiesEnsure the specified accounts in the Sport and DPC pillar are applying available adidas Group standards and best practices.Support where necessary in the negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade termsEnsure all customers are segmented correctlyManage and execute on action plans in order to win market share within designated marketsMeasure progress on defined KPIsMonitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actionsProvide realistic plans and forecasts on customer’s performances where necessaryOversee and manage store developments in relevant marketsTrack overall market conditions including pricing parity and duty structuresOn boarding of new accounts as the need arisesEnsure customer contracts /TT’s and due diligence is up to dateKey Relationships

Skills and Abilities
Representative with proven track record of successfully managing accounts and relationships in large sales organizationsDirest to Consumer (Ecom, Franchise/Retail, or DPC) exposure and understandingAnalytical skills for business planning and decision planningStrong interpersonal skills:
Very good communication and negotiating abilitiesHigh degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, retail, trade marketing, customer service, finance and controlling)Strong decision taking and determination and shows high initiative and pragmatism to the businessRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
Relevant Tertiary qualification in business with marketing and sales focusMinimum 3 years of sales experience within large sales organisations, ideally in apparel/fashion or FMCGIT skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, WordAvailability to travel to key markets when required
