BDM Sales Representative - Cold Calling

  • Remote: hours 4pm
    -1am SA time

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with proven experience in cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. As a key contributor to our sales efforts, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients.
    • Utilize market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
    • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition and delivery of products/services.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the team to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
