Our Client, a leading supplier of quality wholesale bakery ingredients, bakery products, food ingredients, and bakery supplies to bakeries, food manufacturers, and top retail brands, is looking for an Inside Sales Rep who will be for customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, and account management.
Duties:- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain and manage customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide product information and support to customers.
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
