Drive New Business with Ctrack. Are you a high-performance sales professional who excels in seeking out new opportunities? We are seeking an energetic Sales Consultant to drive new business development. If you are ambitious and determined to close complex deals, then Ctrack is the ideal fit for you.
Main purpose:
The main purpose of this position is to sell confidently and market Ctrack's solution stack to new customers within the Fleet and SMB market segments. Ensuring monthly sales targets are met at optimum profitability whilst delivering excellent customer service.
This role is responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into new business opportunities.
Job Functions:
Contribute to the growth and profit of the portfolio
- Ensure that the business target is achieved or exceeded by selling and promoting the Ctrack solution stack to new customers.
- Ensure that the cold calling target is achieved in line with the customer visitation strategy.
- Ensure that a minimum of 3 new customer presentations is achieved per day.
- Ensure that a solutions stack selling methodology is adopted and driven through your customer engagements.
- Ensure that opportunities entered into the Ctrack pipeline are accurate and managed on a weekly basis with respect to days in the pipeline and constant customer engagement and visitation to ensure quick close of the opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
Achieve and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction:
- Ensure that a first-call resolution culture is adopted and driven in terms of all types of customer communication.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' requirements and challenges.
- Ensure that you are fully trained and comfortable with the entire Ctrack solutions stack.
- Present product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Ensure that your customer service index (CSI) remains above a 90% threshold.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding new clients.
Customer retention
- Ensure that preventable churn within your partner's customer base is measured and managed in line with a zero-churn culture.
General Responsibilities
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential leads and develop sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports for management review.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote our products or services.
