Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in automotive sales, preferably in pre-owned or used vehicles
- Ability to source and generate new customers proactively
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills
- Customer-focused, professional approach with strong presentation skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Manage the full sales process for pre-owned vehicles, from enquiry to handover
- Actively prospect for new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Conduct valuations, handle trade-ins, and structure deals to close sales
- Perform vehicle demonstrations and ensure all sales documentation is accurate
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with showroom presentation and stock management
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up after vehicle delivery
- Market-related basic salary
