A fast-growing cosmeceutical skincare company is seeking an experienced and passionate Cosmeceutical Skincare Sales Representative to support its continued expansion in the Western Cape. The role is responsible for promoting, educating, and driving sales of the company’s premium, science-led skincare range to dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, medical spas, and skincare professionals.
Working hours Field-based role with frequent travel within assigned territory. Monday – Thursday 08h00 – 16h00, Friday – 08h00 – 15h00 - Some extended hours for in practice/salon events or promotions.
Promote and sell cosmeceutical skincare products to dermatology clinics, aesthetic centres, medical spas, and skincare clinics
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within the assigned territory
Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Manage territory planning, call cycles, and account coverage effectively
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
Product Education & TrainingEducate clients on product formulations, active ingredients, and treatment protocols
Conduct in-clinic training for doctors, nurses, aestheticians, and salon staff
Remain up to date with skincare trends, innovations, and competitor products
Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships
Act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support and tailored skincare solutions
Manage customer enquiries, objections, and feedback in a professional manner
Marketing & Brand SupportExecute brand strategies, product launches, promotions, and campaigns in the field
Support workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and professional events
Gather market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor activity and report findings to management
Ensure brand messaging and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld
Administration & ReportingMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and territory performance
Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports
Requirements- Diploma in Somatology or Beauty Therapy / Beauty Specialist (Non-negotiable)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Somatologist or Beauty Specialist
- 2–5 years’ B2B sales experience within a medical, aesthetic, or skincare environment (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of skincare science, active ingredients, and skin conditions
- Own vehicle essential
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven consultative selling and negotiation ability
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
