. To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0
We’re now seeking a Partner Development Specialist for our Currencies Direct team in South Africa. Reporting into the Head of Account Management, you will be working as part of the B2B team, in which your primary function is to retain existing business and drive new relationships with our existing accounts, as well as sign up new affiliate partner relationships with real estate companies, legal firms and notaries.
This role covers a geographical area around Sea Point and Camps Bay, we are ideally seeking candidates who live in this area (or can travel daily)
Your performance will be crucial in achieving and surpassing both sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the organization. Your contribution will play a vital role in our success and the satisfaction of our valued clients.
What you'll do- Selling the Currencies Direct South Africa value proposition to all prospective
clients and affiliates - Build rapport and retain existing clients through relationship management.
- Reselling the value proposition to clients who have signed up but never used our
services (Active Not Yet Dealt). Maintaining and updating client records on CRM. - Sourcing, registering & on-boarding new corporate clients. (Corporate Clients
being SME’s, with more of a focus on small than medium corporate clients) - Ongoing management of all new business leads & accounts on CRM system
(Sales Force) - Development and ongoing relationship management of your client base
- Driving business (revenue) from your existing client and affiliate base
Account executives must be excellent communicators and obtain an in-depth knowledge of our company's products, services and markets. You are often one of the first points of contact for our customers and play a major role in driving revenue growth for the business.
- Sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving targets
- 3+ years of experience
- Confidence working with numbers
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to operate with autonomy as well as embrace teamwork
