About the job Sales Specialist (Automotive parts) Permanent - Cape Town Requirements- Certificate or Diploma in Sales or related field
- 2-3 years experience as a Sales Representative in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, SAP/ERP systems an advantage)
- Self-motivated, proactive, good communication and problem-solving skills
- Drivers license and willingness to travel
- Source new business, manage client accounts and close sales to meet targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Monitor competitors, market activity and stock levels to support sales
- Prepare reports, forecasts and feedback for management
- Assist with promotions, trade events and customer training
- Support credit control by following up on payments and resolving queries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
