Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including healthcare providers, administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations to address client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions and refine sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in a senior sales role, ideally within SaaS or the healthcare sector for the UK market
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and pain points.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and close large deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
