Operating in a fast-paced retail environment, they are focused on building high-performing stores led by accountable and motivated leaders. The business places a strong emphasis on results, team ownership, and consistent in-store standards.

This role is responsible for leading overall store operations while driving sales performance, productivity, and team engagement. The Store Manager plays a key role in ensuring targets are met, daily operations run smoothly, and the store environment remains positive, energetic, and performance-focused.

• Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Manage, motivate, and lead team members by example

• Proven experience in a store management role within a retail environment
