What You’ll Do
Champion daily operations: reservations, service flow, team management.
Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to embody our service ethos.
Work closely with the Head chef & GM to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
Uphold high standards of service, hygiene, and hospitality.
Analyze and optimize daily performance metrics eg turnover, covers, service timing.
Cultivate regulars, elevate guest experiences, and resolve complaints with flair.
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have
3–5+ years of restaurant management experience (premium dining or luxury lifestyle brands).
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong operational and financial acumen (scheduling, budgets, ordering).
A hands-on, lead-from-the-front mentality.
A genuine love for people, food, and the magic created when they come together.
