Join Pedros as a Senior Store Manager to lead operations at our Capricorn Square outlet, ensuring exceptional customer experience and profitable performance.

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take‑away
• Ensure food quality standards and Pedros Standard Operating Procedures are maintained
• Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders
• Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer service levels
• Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets, motivating staff to achieve goals
• Manage staff, including discipline, work rosters, and training programmes
• Maintain health and safety compliance
• Conduct daily opening and closing procedures
• Coordinate marketing activities, ensuring promotion and incentive programmes are introduced
• Handle customer service complaints within required time frames
• Organise regular structured staff meetings and performance evaluations
• Drive the restaurant/take‑away forward as part of a team

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant and fast‑food service experience
• GAAP experience and knowledge – advantageous
• Strong management, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
