Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of properties within the local real estate market. They will work closely with property owners, investors, tenants, and service providers to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and financial performance of the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Commercial and Residential Property Maintenance and getting quotes, reconciling monthly rentals received and statements.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of properties, including lease agreements, property details, and tenant information.
  • Coordinate property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Work closely with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure property upkeep.
  • Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Timely preparation of legal files for debt handover and attention to detail in putting the necessary information together.
  • Debt Collections and actively engaging slow-paying tenants.
  • Cash flow updates and collection reports.
  • Liaising with Legal and Senior Management on approaches to trying to get slow-paying tenants to pay.
  • Assist with the maintenance and running of internal staffing offices.
  • Requirements:

  • 3- year degree / diploma from reputable tertiary institutions
  • Driver’s License
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, real estate investment, or related field, with a focus on commercial or residential properties.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Excellent financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools.
