Supplier Quality Assurance Administrator - Atlantis, Cape Town – Market related Salary
We are recruiting a detail-driven Supplier Quality Assurance Administrator to support supplier compliance, food safety, and quality systems within a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment.
Key focus areas:
- Maintain supplier specifications, certifications, and compliance documentation
- Support supplier onboarding, audits, and assessments
- Liaise with suppliers on quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure systems are accurate, audit-ready, and compliant
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Food Science/Food Technology or similar)
- 3–5 years experience in FMCG/manufacturing quality or food safety
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
- Own reliable transport and flexibility with working hours
Ideal for a quality professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and managing supplier-related systems.
