Overview
Line Quality Supervisor - Montague Gardens, Cape Town
Salary: R10,800 CTC
Are you passionate about quality and food safety? We're looking for a detail-oriented Line Quality Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment.
Requirements- Grade 12 minimum
- Food Safety and/or Quality certifications (advantageous)
- At least 2 years of quality control experience in the food industry
- Oversee quality checks across production, packing, and dispatch areas
- Manage a team of line quality controllers to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure systems such as printers and computers are always functional
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and daily supervision
- Report directly to the Food Safety & Quality Manager
