About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to take full ownership of quality control across the construction site of a utility-scale renewable energy project. This position is critical to ensuring that all engineering and construction activities are delivered in full compliance with regulatory standards, quality specifications, and project requirements.

You’ll serve as the on-site representative for quality matters, working closely with the EPC contractor to oversee the development and execution of the Quality Management System (QMS), while proactively identifying risks and ensuring continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Quality Oversight

• Act as the primary site quality representative, upholding employer quality standards

• Maintain daily coordination with EPC contractors to ensure QMS and Quality Plans are followed

• Perform regular inspections and audits across all phases of construction

Quality Documentation & Reporting

• Document all inspections, non-conformities, corrective actions, and audit outcomes

• Prepare and present routine quality performance reports to the project management team

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Align quality expectations with engineers, contractors, and regulatory entities

• Host site quality meetings and workshops to promote a quality-driven culture

Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify, report, and mitigate potential quality risks early

• Ensure all quality issues are resolved promptly and in compliance with contractual requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years’ on-site quality control experience on EPC construction projects, ideally in renewable energy

• Experience managing QA/QC on utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS projects

• Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, standards, and specifications

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is an advantage

• Excellent reporting, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution mindset
