About the job Head of Sales and Marketing
- Tertiary qualification relating to the field (on-line marketing, sales, communications, media, and specifically social media)
- 8 + years hands on experience in on-line Marketing and Sales strategies with proven results
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in the web hosting industry shall be advantageous but is not essential
- Ability to work within an allocated budget and has a strong financial acumen
- Experience in networking and building strategic on-line, revenue-generating relationships with online partners
- Extensive experience in Social media development strategies and traction, digital PR, influencer campaigns etc.
- Research and develop various marketing strategies for the company's products.
- Implement marketing plans and work to meet sales quotas.
- Track marketing and sales data and identify areas of improvement.
